Terms of Use

These terms govern use of Aire. Aire is a social travel app for sharing city-level presence, trips, groups, comments, and invite links with people you choose to connect with.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your device and session secure. Do not impersonate others or use Aire to mislead people about your identity or location.

You must be old enough to use Aire in your jurisdiction and able to agree to these terms.

User content and conduct

You retain responsibility for content you create in Aire, including profile details, trips, groups, comments, invite links, and reports.

Aire has zero tolerance for objectionable content, harassment, threats, abuse, spam, or attempts to compromise another person's privacy or safety.

We may remove content, restrict access, or terminate accounts when needed to protect users, enforce these terms, comply with law, or respond to abuse reports.

Safety controls

The app provides block, report, Ghost Mode, and account deletion controls. Use in-app reporting for abusive accounts, comments, or trips so the report includes the relevant context.

App Store terms

For the iOS app distributed through the App Store, Apple's standard end user license agreement applies in addition to these product-specific rules. Aire is provided as-is at MVP stage. We may update these terms as the product changes.
